Amber Mark – The Pretty Idea Tour

Amber Mark by Wendy Ngala2

Fresh off the release of her acclaimed sophomore album Pretty Idea, which garnered critical acclaim from the likes of Pitchfork, NPR, VIBE, NYLON and more, singer, songwriter, and producer Amber Mark announces her biggest headline run yet: The Pretty Idea Tour. The 2026 trek kicks off in Nashville on February 25 and stops in major cities across North America before heading across the pond for a UK/European leg in April — with support from fellow genre-blurring soul/pop/funk/etc. practitioner SHERWYN (North American dates).

Presale for The Pretty Idea Tour begins October 15 at 10:00 a.m. local time, with general on sale to follow October 17 at 10:00 a.m. local time. Mark’s much anticipated headlining run will follow her supporting slot on Sabrina Carpenter’s arena-hopping Short n’ Sweet Tour, which is set to take over New York City’s legendary Madison Square Garden for five nights and Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena for another six, among other iconic venues in the coming weeks.

Out now via Big Family Music/ Interscope Records, Pretty Idea expands on the kaleidoscopic vision Mark introduced with her critically adored 2022 debut Three Dimensions Deep. Across the new set’s 12 tracks, she crafts a sonically lush and emotionally resonant collection that weaves lush R&B, alt-soul, indie-folk, and dream-pop into a timeless yet forward-thinking sound that is wholly her own.

From the Motown-inspired opener “Sweet Serotonin” to the disco-tinged “Let Me Love You” to the playful obsession heard on “Too Much” (which interpolates USHER and Alicia Keys’ 2004 hit “My Boo”), Pretty Idea reflects both the freedom and joy of Mark’s current creative era.

Among the many highlights is the luminous most recent single “Don’t Remind Me,” a collaboration with nine-time Grammy winner Anderson .Paak that finds the collaborators trading spiky verses and honey-dipped harmonies over glittering soul-funk production.

Their chemistry shines through in the cinematic visual directed by Olivia de Camps (LISA, Tyla, Rebecca Black). In it, Mark crashes an ex’s wedding — that just so happens to be in a nursing home and MC’d by the glamorous (and seemingly magically endowed) ’90s icon Carmen Electra. .Paak soon joins the surreal party, which provides the perfect canvas for the collaborators’ shared love of vintage Black fashion.
