Dafna – BADBADNEWS

Rising singer-songwriter, producer, and software engineer Dafna returns with her vibrant new single “BADBADNEWS” via APOLLO Distribution, a genre-bending track that spins a classic pop tune through a country-tinted lens. With a playful energy and tongue-in-cheek lyricism, Dafna reflects on being let down, again, by someone who never quite lived up to the hype.

“BADBADNEWS” is the fourth single off of my upcoming EP “CONTROLLEDCHAOS”, with more of a country twist than my usual songs– written after a 2 week fling gone wrong, I looked back at all the red flags I should’ve noticed but had chosen to turn a blind eye to. I produced it in my bedroom studio and got my friend George Moss to elevate the track with his genius guitar riffs. But it couldn’t stop there– me and my friend Lexi Zdanov choreographed a line dance to go along with the song which will be featured in the music video that will come out alongside the song, which was directed by my sister-in-law Lexee Gordoun.” – Dafna
