Eden Rain – Can I Come Too?

Rising alt-pop artist Eden Rain today shares her brand new EP, Can I Come Too? via APOLLO Distribution – a vivid and vulnerable body of work led by the new single ‘Ugly Crier’.
Across five tracks, the Leeds-born, London-based singer-songwriter explores the highs and lows of navigating life in her 20s with a confessional yet warm tone, and a storyteller’s touch.

Speaking on the story behind the project, Eden shares; “I think there are two types of people: those who are scared that everyone they love will leave them, and those who lie about it. I’ve been both, often at the same time. I’ve clung when I should have let go, tried to act grown-up, even left someone before they left me – and somehow ended up writing a whole EP about it without realising it until I finished.”
Can I Come Too? came together when I felt that fear of abandonment was shaping every relationship, every small choice, every text I sent. It’s messy, embarrassing, deeply personal- and somehow, I’m really proud of it. The single that comes out with the EP, “Ugly Crier”, feels like the perfect way to end the story. Instead of relentlessly questioning why people leave, it asks the question I’m still asking myself: why did you stay?”
With Can I Come Too?, Eden peels back the layers on her personal experiences, offering snapshots of self-doubt, growth and connection. It’s a project that pairs clever lyricism with intimate production, and signals Eden as an artist with both something to say and a clear way of saying it.
While the music is central, Eden’s creative vision goes beyond sound. She personally designs all accompanying visuals, from single artwork to illustrations to video concepts, building a cohesive visual world that deepens the emotional pull of her music. This self-led aesthetic doesn’t just sit beside the songs, it informs and amplifies their tone and identity, adding colour and intention to the entire project.
Earlier this year, Eden joined SOFY on tour, playing packed shows in Manchester, Bristol, London and Brighton – live moments that helped solidify her growing fanbase and stage presence. This October, Eden will play her biggest headline show to date at Oslo, London on October 14, marking a major milestone in her fast-rising journey.
