Maple’s Pet Dinosaur – Lego

New World Artists is proud to announce the signing of Maple’s Pet Dinosaur, the 14 year-old teenage artist from Newcastle, for exclusive live touring representation across Australia and New Zealand.

14-year-old Maple & her band exploded out of the garage and into the global spotlight with debut single ‘Lego’ (released August 13, 2025). What began as a no-budget experiment, filming a music video on a neighbour’s doorbell ring camera quickly turned into a viral phenomenon in the past 2 weeks

‘Lego’ is Maple’s bully diss track: fierce, riff-driven and unapologetic. Built on a swaggering groove and heavy guitars inspired by Beastie Boys, Faith No More, The Melvins and L7, it blends near-rap verses with an anthemic chorus that has become an instant shout-along.

“This isn’t a throwback” Maple explains. “I want to tell real stories about being a teenager today, especially a teenage girl. Writing this song gave me the strength to set boundaries and find my people. Now I want to build that community further through the music.”
