Eden Rain – I’ve Hidden Your Passport

Leeds-born, London-based artist Eden Rain returns with her most vulnerable release yet – ‘I’ve Hidden Your Passport’ via APOLLO Distribution, a tear jerking slow-burn that explores the ache of loss and the delicate rituals we use to cope with it.
Layered with Eden’s signature intimate lyricism and standout vocals, the single unfolds like a quiet confession – small, devastating, and disarmingly beautiful. Produced by Iain Berryman (Chloe Slater, Beabadoobee), “I’ve Hidden Your Passport” blends dreamy indie-pop textures with a raw emotional weight that lingers long after the last note.
The track arrives alongside the announcement of Eden’s upcoming EP, titled Can I Come Too?, set for release on September 25th via Apollo. The new body of work promises to expand on the nuanced storytelling and sonic subtlety Eden is fast becoming known for. Speaking on the release, Eden states:
“I wrote this when my best friend told me she was moving to Australia. I think I love a bit like a greyhound- loyal to the point of delusion. I wrote this song with Iain Berryman + it comes straight from the source- I remember listening to it and just crying and crying. I guess you can see it even in the song title- I’m always trying to laugh through the heartbreak of realising you can’t make someone stay in your orbit, even if you’d follow them to the ends of the earth… or at least to Heathrow.” – Eden Rain
